JoJo Siwa just came out on Twitter after fans began speculating she is a member of the LGBTQ community. Speculation first grew when she posted a TikTok video lip-synching the words to Lady Gaga’s anthem “Born This Way.” Check out the Twitter post that has JoJo’s fans super proud and happy for her.
After Fan Speculation, JoJo Siwa Comes Out As Gay
The 17-year-old former ‘Masked Singer’ contestant posted a photo wearing a t-shirt that reads “Best. Gay. Cousin. Ever.” She captioned the post “My cousin got me a new shirt.” The comments on the post are over-flowing with love and support as the singer shares this news with the world. It currently has over 283,000 likes and over 40,000 comments.

Over on Instagram, JoJo also posted the t-shirt picture on her story. She reposted some meaningful comments from her friends showing their support. “I’ve known you a long time and this is the happiest I’ve ever seen you. You’re absolutely glowing and I’m so proud of the woman you are becoming! love yoooou!” YouTuber Colleen Ballinger wrote. “I love you so much” JoJo replied.

JoJo also posted a photo on Instagram wearing a rainbow bow and a Gucci sweatshirt with rainbow colors on it. Her famous friends also took to the comments with numerous heart emojis and messages of encouragement.
JoJo Previously Posted Viral Videos That Led To Speculation
JoJo’s name has been trending non-stop on Twitter after she posted the “Born This Way” TikTok. This led many to speculate that it was her way of coming out. The Dance Moms star has always been known for being herself and expressing herself through her outfits and music.
The lyrics of the song featured in JoJo’s TikTok are “No matter gay, straight, or bi, lesbian, transgender life, I’m on the right track baby, I was born to survive.” She sang them with a smile. The video now has over 25 million views on TikTok along with it going viral on Twitter. JoJo also joined the LGBTQ TikTok group Pride House in a video where they danced to Paramore’s “Ain’t it Fun.” The lyrics of the song are “now you’re one of us.”
