One of the hardest things about quarantine during the coronavirus pandemic is not being able to do your regular workouts. The good news is that you can still keep moving and stay healthy even if you’re stuck at home.
Several of our favorite talent shows stars, from contestants to judges, have recently been sharing at-home quarantine workouts on YouTube and Instagram. Check them out below, and get ready to break a sweat in your living room.

The Pussycat Dolls singer and Masked Singer judge shared an Instagram video of herself and boyfriend Thom Evans doing some quarantine workout moves together. They include squad punches and wheel barrows. Nicole suggests doing four rounds of each workout, with a minute of rest in between each round.
Want a taste of Julianne Hough’s dance method KINRGY? Check out the video she posted on her Instagram earlier this week. The former AGT judge partnered with Global Citizen and the World Health Organization for the #TogetherAtHome movement. Move along with Julianne as she guides you through a workout.
Billy & Emily England
This roller-skating sibling duo appeared on Season 12 of AGT and returned last year for Champions. They took a humorous approach to the quarantine workouts trend, saying other examples were “too serious.” In their Instagram video, Emily lies on Billy’s back as he does push-ups. They added the hashtag #forcedtobetogether, which many people can probably relate to.
