One of the hardest things about quarantine during the coronavirus pandemic is not being able to do your regular workouts. The good news is that you can still keep moving and stay healthy even if you’re stuck at home.
Several of our favorite talent shows stars, from contestants to judges, have recently been sharing at-home quarantine workouts on YouTube and Instagram. Check them out below, and get ready to break a sweat in your living room.

This acrobatic couple, who appeared on Season 13 of AGT and returned this year for Champions, has posted a few at-home workouts on their YouTube channel. The first one is 24 minutes long, and requires no equipment besides a chair. Get ready for some push-ups and lunges!
This contortionist from Season 14 of AGT is hosting live home quarantine workouts on her Instagram account every weekday morning, with bodybuilder Rocco Carlo Distefano. Tune in at 10:15 am PT for something completely new from Marina. If you’re falling behind on your exercise, this could be a great way to get back into it.
The Pussycat Dolls singer and Masked Singer judge shared an Instagram video of herself and trainer Glenn Higgins doing some quarantine workout moves together. They include squad punches and wheel barrows. Nicole suggests doing four rounds of each workout, with a minute of rest in between each round.

This roller-skating sibling duo appeared on Season 12 of AGT and returned last year for Champions. They took a humorous approach to the quarantine workouts trend, saying other examples were “too serious.” In their Instagram video, Emily lies on Billy’s back as he does push-ups. They added the hashtag #forcedtobetogether, which many people can probably relate to.
