Prepare for the ultimate face-off as America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League takes the stage in 2024. The new twist sets the judges against each other to curate the most spectacular lineup of acts. This spinoff promises to redefine talent competition, and here’s everything you need to know before tuning in.

What’s New on AGT: Fantasy League?

The format of the new AGT spin-off introduces a unique dynamic: judges won’t merely guide their chosen acts but will compete alongside them. 40 returning acts will all be vying for the coveted title of AGT: Fantasy League champion and a substantial monetary prize of $250,000.

Each judge will assemble a dream team of 10 acts through a fantasy draft, akin to fantasy football. The return of the Golden Buzzer brings a thrilling twist: judges can use it for their acts or steal one from another’s team.

Mark your calendars for the premiere on January 1, 2024, at 8 p.m. ET on NBC, with streaming available the next day on Peacock. The live studio audience will play a crucial role in determining the acts progressing to the semifinals and finals.

Mel B Will Be Returning As a Judge

The formidable judging panel includes familiar faces—Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel, and the much-anticipated return of Mel B. Her comeback after a hiatus is causing quite the stir, especially as she reunites with close friend Klum.

The chemistry among the judges is palpable, promising both camaraderie and fierce competition. The charismatic Terry Crews takes the reins as the show’s host, adding his signature energy to the proceedings.

The 40 Returning Acts Have Been Announced

The roster of talent for the upcoming season of AGT: Fantasy League promises jaw-dropping performances. Fan favorites like ventriloquist Darci Lynne (winner, Season 12) and singer Kodi Lee (winner, Season 14) are set to return, while newcomers like aerialist Grace Good and sand artist Kseniya Simonova look to impress.

Magician Piff the Magic Dragon (Season 10) will perplex with his signature deadpan wit, while dance group V. Unbeatable (finalist, Season 14) aims to wow with dynamic moves. Contortionist Sofie Dossi (finalist, Season 11) and singing group Travis Japan (Season 17) are sure to astound with gravity-defying skills.

The acts span genres and talents, from Anna DeGuzman’s sleight-of-hand magic (Season 18) to Sheldon Riley’s emotional vocals (finalist, Season 17). Comedian Preacher Lawson (finalist, Season 12)’s humor and the silent antics of Tape Face (finalist, Season 11) guarantee laughs. Country singer Drake Milligan (finalist, Season 17) brings infectious energy.
