The premiere of LEGO Masters Season 3 is highly anticipated by fans of the show. The show, originally set to premiere in May, will finally premiere on September 21 after a four month delay. Here’s everything to expect in the LEGO Masters premiere.

Meet the Cast of Season 3

Part of the show’s success since its release back in 2020 is the cast of the show. Returning as the host of the show is Will Arnett, the seven-time Emmy nominee who has hosted the show since the first season. Beloved judges and Brick Masters Amy Corbett and Jamie Berard will return to the panel this season. Apart from announcing the winning build, they also act as mentors for the playing teams.

There will be 12 pairs competing for the grand prize of $100,000 and the LEGO Master trophy this season. Contestants are featured in all types of pairings, including siblings, friends, family, and more. This seasons pairs are: siblings Asiza and Eddie, doctors Austin and Justin, brothers Brendon and Greg, friends Christine and Michelle, siblings Dave and Emily, mother-son duo Emily and Liam, anime friends Jonathan and Xavier, Grandpappies Kerry and Patrick, moms Liz and Erin, influencers Nick and Stacey, and finally firefighters Stephen and Stephen. Fans cannot wait to cheer on their favorite pair this season.

What is the Format of the Show?

The show centers on teams of two LEGO builders who compete against one another to complete projects based on predetermined themes in a set amount of time. Both LEGO building skills and creativity are shown off in this unique competition.

After the building time has concluded, the teams will have to present their build to the host and judges of the show. The judges will then announce the winning build, explaining why they picked the pair. Once the losing team is declared, they are eliminated from the game.

The team with the best design will be given the Golden Brick in the first episode. The Golden Brick can be used in any challenge after the build period, to automatically proceed to the next challenge. They can then use it as the prize for a subsequent challenge after turning in the Golden Brick for immunity.

Top teams will fight for $100,000, a LEGO Masters trophy, and the title of Lego Master in the season finale. The current LEGO Master winners include married couple Tyler and Amy (season 1) and brothers Mark and Steven (season 2).

Season 3 is Originally Supposed to Air Earlier This Year

Before having a premiere date of September, Lego Masters was originally supposed to air back in May. Unfortunately, when FOX announced that the third season would be postponed, they did not provide a reason for the delay.

Fans had to wait an entire summer before getting to watch the latest season of the show. Now the incredibly creative and fun-filled reality television competition show is finally back. Viewers can watch the show on FOX or stream episodes on Tubi TV for free with ads. LEGO Masters premieres on FOX on Wednesday, September 21 at 9/8 c following the premiere of The Masked Singer.
