What Happened to ‘The Masked Singer’s Winners?

Since The Masked Singer started airing on American television, it has challenged viewers to guess the celebrity behind each gigantic costume. As of writing, the reality competition series has produced eight celebrity winners.
Let’s take a look at the past winners of the competition as well as what they’re doing in present day.
1. T-Pain
T-Pain is currently busying himself with his record label, Nappy Boy Entertainment. He also recently announced his business collaboration with Spicewalla founder Meherwan Irana. Together, they composed a trio of custom wing rubs.
2. Wayne Brady
Wayne Brady’s talent show appearances didn’t end with The Masked Singer season two. He recently finished in fourth place on Dancing With the Stars season 31. In 2022, he hosted the American Music Awards, falling in line with other remarkable artists including Cardi B and Jimmy Kimmel.
3. Kandi Burruss
Kandi Burrus recently performed alongside other members of R&B vocal group Xscape in the Soul Train Music Awards. Before 2022 ends, Burruss will clinch six concerts overall, from Tennessee to Florida.
4. LeAnn Rimes
At the moment, LeAnn Rimes is seemingly focused on a fitness journey, as seen in her yoga-related Instagram post. Last September, she released her latest album, God’s Work. This singer also partnered with producer DJ Dave Audé to create dance remixes for her focus track, “Spaceship.”
5. Nick Lachey
Nick Lachey has just finished filming the third season of Netflix’s dating experiment Love Is Blind. Apparently, he’s been facing backlash after allegedly shading ex-wife Jessica Simpson during the series’ reunion guesting.
6. Jewel
With the aim to actively advocate mental health, Jewel has joined the global campaign called #NotAloneChallenge. Nevertheless, she has not left the music realm as she has just released her latest studio album, Freewheelin’ Woman.
7. Teyana Taylor
In September 2022, season seven winner Teyana Taylor’s The Last Rose Petal Tour 2 ended in Paris, France. In March 2023, Taylor will headline A.V. Rockwell’s feature-length directorial debut, A Thousand and One.
8. Amber Riley
The most recent winner of The Masked Singer is Glee star Amber Riley. She is the first celebrity to have won both The Masked Singer and Dancing with the Stars.
