The Masked Singer and American Idol alum Tori Kelly was reportedly hospitalized and is attempting to heal in an intensive care unit. According to TMZ, the Grammy-winning singer fainted while having dinner with friends at a Los Angeles restaurant.Â

As stated by the TMZ report, the “Paper Hearts” singer was hanging out with friends when her heartbeat suddenly quickened. She passed out “for a while” and proceeded to collapse afterwards. Soon after the alarming incident, her friends took her to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for treatment.Â
Additionally, medical professionals have found blood clots around her lungs and legs. Her doctors are currently working to identify if the blood clot reached her heart. The news outlet mentioned that Kelly’s condition is still “really serious” for she has been in and out of consciousness ever since.
The incident happened only days ahead of Kelly’s official EP release, Tori. Most recently, she released her brand-new single in almost three years, “Missin u.”
Fans Continue to Send Love to the Singer
After finding out about her condition, fans were quick to express their worry regarding Kelly’s health. On Twitter, numerous supporters intimated their prayers to the singer and her family.
“Oh my God NO. We are claiming and speaking immediate healing over her body. Please pray for Tori Kelly and send up positive energy for her,” one fan wrote.
“I really do hope Tori Kelly makes a full recovery swiftly. she’s so talented and sweet and unproblematic, she doesn’t deserve this,” another user wrote.
One user emphasized the danger of suffering from a severe blood clot, intensely wishing that Kelly will be able to recover. Meanwhile, other fans are hoping for “real-time updates” about her condition.Â
