The Voice Artist Carolina Rial Releases ‘Coming of Age Heartbreak’
Rial’s new single “Coming of Age Heartbreak” is an emotional song featuring honest lyrics about what it’s like to grow up. She starts the song by singing, “I love being alone, but I’m scared to be lonely / Watched my parents go from heroes to humans slowly.”
“I see the girl I needed / Every time I look in a mirror,” Rial sings on the chorus. “I know she’d break it to me gently / Say growing up’s a little bittersweet / Yeah, I see the girl I needed / Reflected back even clearer / I know she’d say that it’s okay to change / It’s a coming of age heartbreak.”
Rial sounds amazing on the new track, showing power and emotion through her voice, which is backed by stirring strings and percussion. The song builds beautifully, starting out quiet and becoming soaring as it goes on before finishing softly.
