The Voice Season 24 winner Huntley is already getting some pretty impressive gigs after taking home the trophy last week. The singer recently performed the national anthem at an NFL game at SoFi Stadium in California.
The Voice Winner Huntley Performs National Anthem
During last week’s Season 24 finale, Huntley (whose full name is Michael Huntley) was named the newest winner of The Voice. He competed on Niall Horan’s team, bringing the coach his second win in a row after Season 23’s Gina Miles.
Over the weekend, Huntley brought his powerful voice to SoFi stadium to perform “The Star-Spangled Banner” ahead of an NFL game between the Buffalo Bills and the Los Angeles Chargers. In a video of his performance, he can be seen wearing a Chargers jersey and a black leather jacket.
Huntley belted out the lyrics as the football players and fans listened. His voice echoed around the stadium as he sang. As he teased in an Instagram video, the singer also performed during halftime at the game.

The Singer Was a Four-Chair Turn on Team Niall
In the Season 24 Blind Auditions, Huntley performed “She Talks to Angels” by the Black Crowes, turning all four coaches’ chairs at almost the same time. They fought to get him on their team, but Huntley ultimately chose to work with Niall Horan.
Huntley stayed on Horan’s team through the Battles, Knockouts, and Playoffs. During the live shows, the viewers at home sent him through to the Finals. He ultimately earned enough votes to be named the Season 24 winner.
“Going into this my only expectation was to go out there and create a moment,” Huntley wrote on Instagram after his win. “I’m trying to still wrap my head around all of this honestly and I’m just so grateful for not only this opportunity but the relationships and bonds I made along the way.”
