‘The Voice’ is Currently Holding a Virtual Casting Call Open for All Singers

The production team of The Voice is working non-stop to find the best of the best when it comes to singing. Their latest team effort is to hold a virtual open casting call for singers all over, that are above the age of 13.


The Voice Announces Virtual Casting Calls on January 11, 12

The event marks as the first open casting call held this year. Since there are two days of open auditions, it allows for more chances to find the most gifted vocals out there. All vocalists who think they have what it takes to compete in the show are welcome to participate in the virtual call, taking place on January 11 and 12.

Those interested in auditioning may set up a free account on The Voice’s official website to sign up for a time. You will provide basic information about yourself, including whether you will appear as a solo, duet, or trio while setting up your account. Be sure to stay up to date with The Voice‘s official Instagram, so you don’t miss other casting call opportunities.

Before season 23 of the popular singing competition show begins, the show‘s team will surely some of the most talented singers to the stage. This may be time for your big break! Keep in mind that an open casting call does open the show up to a variety of other performers, so you will need to perform your best. Singers should be aware that these first round auditions are most likely with producers, The Voice coaches will not be present.


The Coaches Will Not be Attending Virtual Auditions

There are a few procedures before potential candidates may take the stage and attempt to turn a chair. Even if they may be eager to attend the Blind Auditions and perform for the four legendary coaches. NBC has provided a comprehensive explanation of The Voice casting process. This includes the procedures that contestants must pass before proceeding to the Blind Auditions stage.

Contestants that advance to the Blind Auditions are given several days to prepare for their performance. Singers will also practice with the band before their final, filmed performance for the coaches. From there, coaches are able to form their teams on the show.

The Battle Rounds for The Voice Season 23 Will Begin Taping Later this Month

Although the casting department of The Voice is looking for fresh talent, it is not for season 23 of the show. Filming for season 23 took place in October 2022, in front of Kelly Clarkson, Chance The Rapper, Niall Horan and Blake Shelton.


Since the Battle and Knockout Rounds are also filmed ahead of time. The Voice has also issued an invitation to audience members who desire to attend a filming. The program is currently searching for audience members to attend the Battle Rounds recording. The Battle Rounds will be filmed on January 26 and 27 in Los Angeles, the location has yet to be announced.
