The Season 8 finale of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars premiered Friday on Paramount+, as former Canada’s Drag Race star Jimbo was crowned the winner. Meanwhile, LaLa Ri was named the winner of the Fame Games.
Jimbo Crowned Drag Race All Stars Season 8 Winner
Jimbo previously finished in fourth place on Canada’s Drag Race Season 1. She later competed on RuPaul’s Drag Race UK vs. The World, placing seventh. She made it all the way to the finale of All Stars, where was up against Drag Race Season 13 runner-up Kandy Muse.
For winning the show, Jimbo received a $200,000 prize and a spot in the Drag Race Hall of Fame alongside previous All Stars winners. On Friday, Jimbo took to Twitter to react to her win, writing, “No Spoiler But today is The Best Day of My Life.”
Unfortunately, this means that Kandy Muse was the runner-up for a second time, after finishing in second place during her season of Drag Race. On Friday, she tweeted an image reading, “I mean it hurts. But I’m good.”

LaLa Ri Wins the Fame Games
This season, the show introduced something called the Fame Games, which allowed an eliminated contestant to win a $60,000 prize as Queen of the Fame Games. Fans at home were allowed to cast their vote for who should win.
During the finale, LaLa Ri was announced as the winner. LaLa placed fifth during this season of All Stars, having previously competed on RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 13. She finished that season in 10th place, but she was voted Miss Congeniality by her fellow queens.
