Simon Cowell Invites Little Boy Fighting Cancer To Son Eric’s Birthday Party

Simon Cowell has a bad reputation. He’s thought to be mean, cruel, and greedy by some people. Not us. We know the truth. Simon is a big softy deep down inside. He does a ton of charity work and really helps people. Case in point, the story of a five-year-old boy named Kian Musgrove. Kian is suffering from cancer and Simon has been involved with his treatment. He decided to invite Kian to his son Eric’s birthday party.
Kian has a rare pediatric neuroblastoma. Simon became aware of Kian’s case and paid for his treatment and flew him to the U.S. for treatment. Kian is definitely doing better in no small part due to the intervention of Simon. His son Eric’s birthday was coming up and Simon was throwing him a Despicable Me themed party. He invited Kian and his mom and paid for their train and transportation to the party. I imagine that was one hell of a party. Imagine the cake Simon can command.
It’s things like this that make me love Simon Cowell. Not only did he launch the industry that employs me, the modern talent competition show, he’s also a decent guy that does some good in this world. I also love that even though it was a child’s birthday party, he couldn’t help having his shirt open to show off his chest hair.
