Even haters will say that Ariana Grande is one of the most iconic pop stars to ever exist in the world. Thus, when one attempts to do a cover of her music on talent shows and impressively gives justice to it, it’s definitely worth the watch.

We ranked some of the best Ariana Grande covers sang by contestants during talent competition shows. Let’s take a look back at these amazing performances.

10. Hristiana and Nevena, The Voice Germany

Back in 2019, Hristiana and Nevena went head-to-head during the Battle Rounds. Seeking to synergize and stand out at the same time, the two sang their version of Grande’s 2018 smash “No Tears Left To Cry.” This performance had been one of the cleanest ones at that time.

9. Jason Jones, The Voice UK

Singing an Ariana Grande cover when you’re a girl is already challenging. It’s unquestionably even harder to do the same if you’re a guy, but Jason Jones has willingly taken the challenge. During his stint in The Voice UK 2017, he managed to pull off an incredible rendition of the pop star’s “Into You.”

8. 4th Impact, The X Factor UK

Most likely, no The X Factor UK fan has ever forgotten how Filipina girl group 4th Impact slayed “Bang Bang” during their audition. These sibling songstresses have impressed both judges and the audience for effortlessly belting Grande’s collaboration song with Jessie J and Nicki Minaj.

7. Ilias, The Voice Belgium

Incorporating his own singing style to the pop star’s “thank u, next,” Ilias has proven that the song could be more chill that it already is. During his performance, Ilias didn’t mention the names that the pop star brought up in the track. Nonetheless, he managed to send across the emotional message of the 2019 hit.

6. Kai Benjamin, The Voice UK

Creatively singing an English-Japanese fusion rap rendition of “7 rings,” Kai Benjamin had one of the most interesting Grande covers in The Voice. With this impressive Blind Audition, all four coaches turned around, thus convincing him to be on their respective teams.

5. Adriana Terrén, The Voice Spain

Back in The Voice Spain season nine, Adriana Terrén didn’t fail to fascinate the audience and coaches with her rendition of “God Is A Woman.” This contestant’s stage presence while singing the song was no joke. Thus, it’s no surprise that the coaches who pressed their buttons didn’t have any regrets.

4. Celine Hämmerling, The Voice Germany

When Celine Hämmerling belted “7 rings” as if she owns the song, we just knew that Grande herself would be proud. From beginning to end of the performance, Hämmerling has proven that she could be a superstar.

3. Mitch Paulsen, The Voice Australia

Sounding almost exactly like Justin Bieber during his Blind Audition, Mitch Paulsen sang Grande’s “thank you, next.” Sweeping everyone off their feet with his acoustic version of the song, Paulsen easily entered The Voice as an official contestant – getting a four-chain turn from the coaches.

2. Daria Khramova, The Voice Ukraine

Back in The Voice Ukraine 2019, Daria Khramova chose to perform “Dangerous Woman” to impress her coach. With this cover, she’s made herself one of the fan-favorites of the season.

1. Gymani, The Voice US

Mustering enough courage to sing an Ariana Grande song in front of the songwriter herself, Gymani sang her rendition of “POV.” Gymani’s audacity garnered her a four-chair turn, with Grande even saying that she could have the song for herself already.
