Olivia Rodrigo Drops “GUTS” Tracklist

Fans are suddenly unleashing their inner detectives after Olivia Rodrigo released another teaser for her sophomore album. Through a cryptic one-minute clip, the rising pop star sent clues about GUTS’ tracklist, leaving fans to guess what’s coming.
On August 1, Rodrigo revealed the entire tracklist, following her video teaser. After nearly 24 hours, the singer finally released the line up.

Olivia Rodrigo Teases GUTS Tracklist with Cryptic Video
Rodrigo is definitely not up for effortless challenges when it comes to revealing the song titles of her second album. The “Driver’s License” hitmaker most recently shared a video brimming with clues regarding GUTS tracklist.
In the video, Rodrigo is filmed from a bird’s eye view as she enjoys the company of her bedroom. The pop star can be seen lying on her bed, unpacking boxes, and fiddling with her such as her electric keyboard and vintage typewriter.
Everytime the pop star toys with whatever in her space, she gets to expose something about the tracklist. As soon as they realized what Rodrigo was up to, fans were quick to take in every detail within the video.
Rounding up all the easter eggs, one of the most noticeable song names is “Obsessed!” written in big letters on a shirt. Another one is “Stranger” written on a piece of paper placed on top of a piano. “Now I hold it like a grudge” can also be read on another piece of paper.
In one part of the room, Rodrigo wrote “Bad idea right” using a red lipstick on her mirror. Furthermore, there was a moment where she opens up her yearbook, revealing that she’s the only member of her school’s book club.
All combined, including the album’s lead single “vampire,” fans have decoded six songs in GUTS. Other song titles remain vague, but fans are still reading through the objects inside the room.
She Drops a Track’s Snippet at the End
By the end of the video, a sneak preview of an unreleased song plays. This part of the teaser also has clearly made fans more excited for GUTS.
“The little snippet of a song at the end. I NEED IT IMMEDIATELY. GUTS is gonna be such a good album i’m Obsessed,” one fan wrote.
“This song in the background is gonna be used in those netflix originals intro when the main character first stepped in high school,” another fan wrote.
Last month, Rodrigo made a strong comeback as “vampire” debuted on top of the Billboard Hot 200 chart. Such achievement ousted Morgan Wallen’s “Last Night” which settled for the second spot afterwards.
As per Billboard, “vampire” reached 86.3 million streams and sold 13,000 downloads worldwide from its release June 30 through July 6. This song served as the singer’s third Global 200 leader, following “Drivers License” and “Good 4 U.”
GUTS is set to drop on September 8, 2023.
