Meet The Cast of Bravo’s Reality Dance Show ‘Dancing Queens’

Amid the tough and rigid demands of the ballroom dancing realm, a number of passionate and determined dancers have vowed to prove themselves. Bravo’s docuseries Dancing Queens shifts the spotlight to six women as they try to be the best dancer that they can be while simultaneously dealing with their personal circumstances.
Ultimately, these dancing queens are put to a test to show that “all is fair in war and ballroom.” Let’s take a deeper look at the cast of the series.
1. Sabrina Strasser
Hailing from Toronto, Canada, Sabrina Strasser is a stay-at-home mother. Apparently, she’s in an on and off professional relationship with her dance partner, Stanislav Kochergin. Yet, while her husband and kids are supportive of her dancing passion, Sabrina’s competitive spirit unfortunately steals too much time away from her family.
2. Pooja Mehta
As makeup artist and beauty guru, Pooja Mehta feels like an insurgent in a clan of doctors. Along with her husband, this Scottsdale native is raising two children in a combination of Jewish and Hindu cultures. Interestingly, her professional partner Kristijan Burazer is Colette Marotto’s former dancing party.
3. Leonie Biggs
Leonie Biggs is completely cognizant of the nitty-gritty of ballroom dancing, especially that she needs to establish fresh dynamics with new partner Koysta Samarskyi. Nonetheless, this Haworth resident is motivated to snatch the championship. Before that though, she has to find the right balance between ballroom dancing, motherhood, and finance.
4. Gaëlle Benchetrit
Gaëlle Benchetrit’s ballroom dancing career was about to soar when a sudden pregnancy took place. Now, she aims to get back on track with professional partner Nino Langella. In Dancing Queens, fans are yet to see what a driven amateur and a top professional dancer can actually create together.
5. Donie Burch
Coming from New York, Donie Burch has always been ardent about dance. Studying about its art back in college, she aims to top the field but also feels like her unconventional appearance as a dancer may held her back from being so. Donie is currently single, but nonetheless not looking for a significant other for her focus rests in dancing.
6. Colette Marotto
After Colette Marotto’s original dance partner stepped away from their professional relationship to compete with Pooja, she now has Oleksiy “Alex” Pigotskyy. Colette is a business owner and a mother to a son with special needs. Yet, while her personal struggles are complicated, her eyes are laser-focused to the prize.
