Meet the 14 Drag Queens of ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ Season 14

The highly anticipated 14th season of RuPaul’s Drag Race is officially right around the corner. Even though It feels like just yesterday Symone walked away with the winning title, this series comes back to VH1 on January 7. Today was the big season 14 Ruveal, so without a further adieu let’s meet the queens of RuPaul’s Drag Race season 14.


1. Alyssa Hunter

Alyssa Hunter is 26 years old and based out of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Their drag name was inspired by Drag Queen Alyssa Edwards, and their last name is inspired from the Miss. Continental 2000 winner Danielle Hunter. They want people to watch out because Puerto Rican queens are fierce honey.

2. Angeria Paris VanMichaels

This drag queen is a diehard RuPaul’s Drag Race fan. Angeria didn’t disclose their age, but put great emphasis on the fact that they are a southern bell. They shared that drag in Georgia is extremely polished, so I can’t wait to see them on the stage.

3. Bosco

Bosco is 28 years old and is from Seattle, WA. Their drag name was inspired by their late dog of the same name. Other queens in Seattle supposedly get irritated with Bosco because they don’t wear a lot of clothing.


“The motif for most of my drag is slutty, and I think that’s really important for me to represent here on this show. I don’t think there’s been enough slut representation on this show,” said Bosco. “I am here to bring sluts to [RuPaul’s] Drag Race… I’m a very brave person.”

This queen shared that they used to cross dress and dance for years prior to becoming a drag queen. Since they were already doing both things they became a queen to make money.

4. Daya Betty

Daya Betty is 25 years old and from Springfield, MO. Their name comes from the fact that they’re a type one diabetic. This queen was diagnosed with diabetes in high school and has taken a pledge to never change their drag name. Although they’ll never change their name entirely, they do sometimes go by the nickname Betty.


Daya is drag sister to RuPaul’s Drag Race season 12 runner up, Crystal Methyd. Crystal has taught Daya like a drag mother, but prefers a name that doesn’t insinuate old age.

5. Deja Skye

This queen is 31 years old and based out of Fresno, CA. Their name comes from both the Beyonce song “Deja Vu” and a puppet from a show called The Puzzle Place. This queen is curvy and colorful. They strive to make drag an extension of their personality.

6. Jasmine Kennedie

Jasmine Kennedie is the only drag queen on Season 14 from New York City. They’re 22 years old and is happy to represent their city. Their name comes from Jasmine from Aladdin and style icon/former first lady, Jackie Kennedy. This queens drag is pageantry and is inspired by trendy fashion.

7. Jorgeous

Jorgeous is 21 years old and currently resides in Nashville, TN. This queen was created based on their “boy name” Jorge. They have been doing drag for six years now after dropping out of high school. This queen may be small, but they’re ready to show off their Latina thickness.

8. June Jambalaya

Watch out contestants, this queen considers themself a Real Housewife of Drag! June Jambalaya is one of the Los Angeles, CA-based queens on this season. This queen is 29 years old and started drag in L.A. in 2018. Their drag name came from their dance teacher noticing that their jazz-funk dance was “feminine.” The teacher formed their name off of their birth month and last meal.

9. Kerri Colby

Kerri Colby is a 24-year-old drag queen based in Los Angeles, CA. Their drag name is a combination of multiple influences. Colby comes from the legendary House of Colby, while Kerri is inspired from the K names on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. This queens drag style comes from their love of high concept fashion.

10. Kornbread “The Snack” Jeté

Kornbread “The Snack” Jeté is a 29 year old Los Angeles, CA-based queen. Their drag name comes from their love of prison based television shows. They were inspired by one of the TV inmates named Kornbread. This queen notes that they are known for being big and dramatic.

11. Lady Camden

This queen is originally from Camden Town in North London, but moved to the U.S. to join an American ballet company. Their drag name is Camden because they like to be regal, refined, and a representative of the ballet world. Growing up, Lady Camden’s father was a manager of a nightclub, so they had an upbringing around the LGBTQIA+ community. They consider themself to be a trained ballerina meets ’90s pop princess.

12. Maddy Morphosis

This queen is 26 years old and is from Fayetteville, Arkansas. Their name, Maddy Morphosis is just a play on the word metamorphosis. Their drag fashion comes from anything they like or are interested in.

Maddy Morphosis is the first heterosexual, cisgender male to compete on the U.S. version of the series.

13. Orion Story

Orion Story is 25 years old and is from Grand Rapids, MI. Their drag name is inspired from their mother’s maiden name, Story. Their drag is a tribute to their mom, who always pushed them to go into drag while watching episodes of the show. This queen loves vintage ’60s fashion. Orion is the first drag queen from Michigan to compete in the series.

14. Willow Pill

Willow Pill is 26 years old and from Denver, CO. Their drag name branches off of this queen’s love of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Their last name comes from the fact that they are on multiple medications. They have a chronic kidney illness and had a transplant at 14 years old. RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 11 winner Yvie Oddly is their drag mother.
