Meet Stefanny and Yeeremy, ‘AGT’s Dance Duo Going to the Live Shows

Stefanny and Yeeremy are one of the 55 acts chosen to go to the live shows of America’s Got Talent Season 17. The dance duo from Colombia wowed the judges with their moves during the audition round, and now they’re up for America’s vote.
‘AGT’s Stefanny Taught Her Partner Yeeremy to Dance
Stefanny Moreno was Yeeremy Lugo’s dance teacher in Colombia before they teamed up to compete at dance championships. According to their bio, “Their sole ambition is to give Latin culture visibility and inspire people to become dancers.”
Stefanny previously competed on Got Talent España with a different partner in 2021, reaching the Grand Final. She also appeared with the group Swing Latino on World of Dance in 2017, also reaching the Finals and placing third. She’s also a four-time World Salsa Champion.
Meanwhile, Yeeremy previously appeared on America’s Got Talent in Season 13 as part of the group Reyes del Swing, which is Swing Latino under a different name. They were eliminated in the Judge Cuts. Both Stefanny and Yeeremy work for EMD dance school as instructors.
Stefanny and Yeeremy frequently post dance videos on their Instagram accounts, both together and solo. They recently shared a performance that was filmed at the Louvre Museum in Paris.

The Duo Connected with Judge Sofia Vergara
Judge Sofia Vergara was especially excited about Stefanny and Yeeremy’s audition, because she’s also from Colombia. She spoke to the duo in Spanish and jumped out of her seat during their energetic performance.
The pair started their routine in black clothes, showing off a passionate performance to “The Way I Do” by Bishop Briggs. Then they tore off their outer layers to reveal sparkly orange outfits, showing off a fun routine to “La Pelota” by Rey Barreto.
Not only did they show some incredible dance moves, but they also performed acrobatic tricks as part of the routine. The three judges on the panel gave them standing ovations. Heidi Klum said they were her favorite dance duo of the season so far.
You can see Stefanny and Yeeremy’s next performance on America’s Got Talent Tuesday night on NBC. Voting opens during Tuesday night’s show and closes at 7 a.m. ET on Wednesday.
I’ve been a professional dancer for all my adult life & the last performance Stefanny & Yeremy did in the Qualifiers 1 on AGT was one of the most fabulous performances I’ve ever seen. It’s so sad that idiots like Simon Cowell who have no knowledge of dance & are completely unqualified to judge it are in a position to disrespect them in such a horrible way.
