Meet ‘AGT’s Electric Dancing Kid, Eseniia Mikheeva

Seven-year-old Eseniia Mikheeva has long been shaking the internet with her electrifying dance routines. Now, she’ll prove that her overflowing passion for dance deserves a space on the America’s Got Talent stage.
Eseniia Mikheeva Began Dancing at 7 Months Old
Hailing from Moscow, Russia, Eseniia’s dancing talent was practically discovered as early as she was seven months old. As told by the kid herself, she enthusiastically moves every time she hears music.
Possessing a different level of sass when vibing with music, Eseniia is undeniably born to wow the world through dancing. Her dad and mom are professional dance teachers who has successfully armed her with proper training even as a kid. It’s thus no surprise that Eseniia is already a dance expert at the age of two.
“From the age of two, she systematically and methodically began to master the infinitely beautiful world of dance,” her father said.
In an interview with Newsflash, Eseniia’s dad described her as the best representation of the ultimate ingredient to success – loving what you do. As a duo, the two also appeared on The Jennifer Hudson Show, with her father saying that Eseniia learned several dancing styles through practice, but her passion for dance has been innate.
She Joins America’s Got Talent Season 18
In an attempt to showcase what she’s got, Eseniia braved an audition on America’s Got Talent this year. Last May 29, her parents announced via Instagram that she joined the competition.
“We are so #excited, tomorrow begins the brightest, most interesting season @agt @agtauditions, looking forward to the broadcast!!” they wrote. “Thanks to everyone who creates this gorgeous #project!”
Upon hearing the news, fans immediately went to the comment section to express their excitement for Eseniia. Furthermore, one user even admitted that she’s already watched all of the kid’s dancing videos on the internet and that she’ll be rooting for her on the show. Yet, amazingly, even as a seven-year-old, Eseniia is not the type to back down.
“When I dance, I feel freedom,” she said. “You feel happy, you feel power.”
