The news of DWTS returning to its original home on ABC for its season 32 after a stint on Disney+ was met with enthusiasm by Val. He also appreciated the exposure the show received on Disney+ but expressed excitement about bringing that uniqueness back to network television.
When asked about Banks’ departure as the show’s host after three seasons, both Val and Maks praised her for stepping into the role during a challenging time, acknowledging the difficulties posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and the necessary safety protocols. Maks expressed his happiness for Ribeiro taking over as the new host, emphasizing his confidence in Ribeiro’s ability to excel in the role.
The Chmerkovskiy brothers enthusiastically welcomed Hough back into the ballroom.
