Little Mix’s ‘Confetti’ Music Video with Saweetie is Full of Surprises

The “Confetti” remix video starts off in a dark room that comes alive once Little Mix walks in. Within the first 20 seconds, fans get the shock of a lifetime when the group, dressed as men with facial hair and tattoos, is staring them down. Little Mix dressed as their male doppelgangers, Pez, Lenny, and J-Dog, and Little Mix as women engage in a dance battle.

Perry Edwards bumps into two drag queens in the middle of the video. Fans of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK will recognize Bimini Bon Boulash, Tayce, and A’Whora’s cameos in the video. All three members of Little Mix go to the bathroom. The boys urinate in a hilariously awkward scene while the girls talk about their crushes on the “boys.” Just when you think the song can’t get any better, all of the banter leads up to a verse from rapper Saweetie.

The best part is that there are bloopers at the end of the video. Naturally, the ladies could not stop laughing as they tried their best to channel men at the club. Seeing this whole other side of the group is a perfect segway for a new era for them as they prepare for their 2022 tour.

Soon after “Confetti” featuring Saweetie was released, it soared to the top spot on the Big Top 40 chart.

This is Little Mix’s first music video after Jesy Nelson departed from the group in December. Little Mix won The X Factor in 2011 after the judges put them together to be a part of the group’s category. Since then, they have continued to release incredible albums, be fantastic role models, and are one of the most admired girl groups of all time.

A Pregnancy Announcement by One of the Group Members Came Immediately After the Music Video

Just after the “Confetti” music video was posted online, group member Leigh-Anne Pinnock announced that she is expecting her first child. She and her fiancé Andre Gray posed for a photoshoot to share the exciting news with her 6.5 million followers.

“Love you so much,” Jade Thirlwall wrote on the post.

Pinnock and Gray got engaged last year after four years of dating. She wore a gorgeous emerald green satin outfit in the pregnancy photos and showed off her baby bump.

“Look at this family” Edwards added, “I can’t stop staring at these pictures. You’re a vision. Ily both so much! CONGRATULATIONS my beautiful sister!”

For the couple, it has been such a blissful moment to share this with the world.

“We’ve dreamed about this moment for so long and we can’t believe the dream is finally coming true… we can’t wait to meet you” Pinnock captioned the post.
