After her whirlwind divorce, Kelsea Ballerini is now unapologetically living again. The country superstar is currently enjoying her calm and safe romance with Outer Banks actor Chase Stokes.
Kelsea Ballerini Describes Special Relationship with Chase Stokes
In an interview with StyleCaster, Ballerini gave a glimpse of her love life with Stokes. Fortunately, it seems that the “Miss Me More” singer and the actor are sharing their feelings for each other. According to Ballerini, she doesn’t feel the need to hide their romance to the public as they both feel pleased about their current status.Â
“The thing that we’ve decided, and to each their own, is when you’re with someone that you feel secure with and that you’re proud to be with, why not share it?” she said.
Coming from a “sh*tstorm” marriage, the singer is now clearly having a blast with Stokes. Ballerini particularly accounts her smooth-sailing love with the Valiant One actor to their easily adaptable wavelength.
“He’s also a Virgo; we’re both Labrador Retrievers in human form,” she said. “It doesn’t take much conversation to be on the same page. It’s been half a year and it’s been great.”
Fans began speculating about their romance back in January 2023 after seeing their flirty interactions on social media. During her appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Ballerini admitted that she is already off the market.
She’s Emotional Amid Finale of Heartfirst Tour
Last July 1, the third and final leg of Ballerini’s Heartfirst tour was concluded. Sentimental about the concert experience, the singer took to Instagram how she felt about the journey.
“This tour, this band, this crew, you,” she wrote. “From the first show at radio city september of last year the day after subject to change came out, i remember being backstage wondering how i was going to get through it. feeling wildly naked in my life, with an empty tank, and everything rapidly shifting around me. but i showed up because you did.”
Ballerini went on and stated that the second leg didn’t feel scary anymore. According to the singer, this was also the phase of the tour where she recounted why her 12-year-old self began creating music.
“I’ll never be able to put into words the journey this tour has bookmarked for me personally, but for those that were a part of it…thank you. for the glitter, hugs, tears, homemade shirts and signs, best friend scream sings, for all of it. although it’s the end of such a beautiful chapter, we’re just getting started,” she wrote.
