Former Dancing with the Stars pro Julianne Hough made a big announcement this week. After two years of her dance workout method KINRGY, Hough is finally opening a studio in Los Angeles.
Hough shared the news in an Instagram post on Thursday. She also shared how fans can reserve a spot at the new in-person location. The hour-long sessions begin next week.
Julianne Hough Opens KINRGY Studio
Hough started KINRGY in 2019. According to the website, the workout method combines a “trifecta” of movement, breathwork, and imagination. It also incorporates the four elements — Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. The method focuses on both fitness and mindfulness.
Hough was already talking about opening a Los Angeles studio when KINRGY kicked off. Now it’s a reality, as she announced on Instagram, writing, “The moment that I have dreamed of since #KINRGY began is here… for the first time ever, you can experience KINRGY IN PERSON in our very own home studio!”
You can reserve your spot here. The studio will follow local restrictions regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, with masks required at all times while indoors. Masks will be provided to those who don’t have their own.
The first available date listed is August 31, with some dates after that sold out already. Sessions last for one hour and cost $25. Hough describes it as a “fully immersive, sensory experience” with “lights, scents, and more.”

KINRGY Is Also Available Virtually
If you don’t live in Los Angeles or you just don’t want to attend an in-person fitness class right now, KINRGY is still available virtually. Subscriptions to the workout method are $30 per month, with a 30-day free trial.
Classes are unlimited with a subscription, but you don’t have to subscribe to experience these workouts. Check out the KINRGY YouTube channel for several videos of varying lengths, some of which feature Hough herself.
Hough has also had some personal changes in her life over the past several months. In November, she filed for divorce from her husband Brooks Laich after three years of marriage.
