After 10 days on the ITV series I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! Zoey 101 star Jamie Lynn Spears dropped out of the competition. The precise reason for her departure has yet to be released at this time.

Following Jamie Lynn Spears’ Dancing With The Stars departure, the 32 year old took on another competition show, I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! For those who may be unfamiliar with the show, I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! is a british survival show featuring celebrities fending for themselves over several weeks. Each week, celebrities compete in challenges, where they win supplies and avoid being voted out. The most famous challenges include eating creatures and critters. At the end of the series, one celebrity reigns victorious.
This season of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! has been one of the most dramatic yet. Aside from the typical survival aspect, English broadcaster Grace Dent departed the series and YouTuber Nella Rose had a medical scare. Throughout the comeptition, Britney Spears’ younger sister has been seen getting emotional. There were multiple instances where she was seen crying due to the survival game itself, and missing her family.
Alongside Spears’ departure, a spokesperson for the show detailed her exit, stating: “Jamie Lynn Spears has left I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! on medical grounds. She’s been a fantastic campmate who has triumphed at trials and bonded well with fellow celebrities.”

Spears Recently Opened Up About Her Relationship With Her Sister
Ahead of Spears’ departure, she got candid about her sister, Britney. Within the series, she explained that she’s the “one person” in Britney’s life who has “never taken anything from her.” According to her, they grew up in “very complicated circumstances.”
“And sometimes we took it out on each other when perhaps we shouldn’t have,” Jamie Lynn said. “We just had a really weird life so we can’t explain it to many people, but at the end of the road, I know that that’s my family. I love them.”
In addition, Spears’ thinks her sister is worrying “about me out here.” She believed that Britney was checking in on her heavily while she was on the survival series.
