America’s Got Talent returned on Tuesday night for the third week of live shows, as 11 more acts took the stage for their chance to move on. During the show, judge Heidi Klum hit the Golden Buzzer to send singer Dee Dee Simon straight to the Finals.
Heidi Klum Hits AGT Golden Buzzer for Dee Dee Simon
During Tuesday’s show, Dee Dee Simon took the stage to sing “Lose Control” by Teddy Swims. The soulful performance showed off her vocal range and amazing stage presence. She even kicked her shoes off, like she did in her audition.
Dee Dee earned a standing ovation from the judges, and she even got Howie Mandel to take his own shoes off and wave them in the air. Klum joked that they “smell like cheese.” Mandel confused Jelly Roll with Teddy Swims while praising the performance, but it doesn’t change how impressed he was.
Klum was also impressed. She complimented Dee Dee’s range and tone of voice, as well as her outfit. But she added that something was missing — specifically, the Golden Buzzer, which she chose to press. Dee Dee literally jumped for joy as the confetti rained down.
The singer will now go straight to the Finals, along with previous live show Golden Buzzer acts Hakuna Matata Acrobats and AIRFOOTWORKS. So far, there have been no repeat Golden Buzzers this season, between the auditions and the live shows.

Who Else Impressed the Judges This Week?
Tuesday’s new episode also featured performances from two acts who previously earned the Golden Buzzer in the audition round. That includes comedian Learnmore Jonasi, who received the honor from host Terry Crews.
Learnmore, who is originally from Zimbabwe, joked about becoming more American after getting his green card. He said he got to choose between a gluten allergy and anxiety, so he chose an allergy. He earned a standing ovation for his performance, with Sofia Vergara calling him “so joyful and relatable.”
Tuesday’s show also featured a performance from 14-year-old singer Reid Wilson, who earned a Golden Buzzer from Howie Mandel in the auditions. He sang “Almost Is Never Enough by Ariana Grande, earning a standing ovation. Simon Cowell told him he has “real soul in your voice.”
