Hanson Celebrates 30th Anniversary With New Album, ‘Red Green Blue’ Tour

Hanson fans can rejoice, the brother trio is going on a new tour this year. Their Red Green Blue era has arrived with a new album along with the highly anticipated tour. Tickets are currently on sale for dates scheduled throughout North America, South America, and Europe.
This marks the first tour for Hanson in two years. Their upcoming Red Green Blue album will be made up of three solo projects and will mark the groups 30th anniversary. The new album will be released this Spring. Each brother will also release a single with Taylor Hanson’s “Child At Heart” streaming February 11. Isaac Hanson will then drop “Write You A Song” on March 11, and Zac Hanson will release “Don’t Let Me Down” on April 15.
The group was last seen on The Masked Singer Season 6. On the show they reminded viewers of their vocal talent each night that they arranged and performed a song. The character, Russian Doll, was a fan favorite to win, but the brothers ultimately came in fifth place.
Their famous “MMMBop” song topped the charts back in 1997 and was a cultural phenomena. Their first album, Middle Of Nowhere, earned them three Grammy nominations and they sold over 16 million records. It was a shock to see the brothers reemerge on The Masked Singer, but they have been touring and continuing their music careers long after their pop glory days.
Hanson is Back on Tour

Since bursting onto the scene, the group has released 14 collective albums. Their latest album, Against The World, was released this past November as well as their single, “Only Love.” To promote the record the brothers played multiple streaming shows with limited tickets available.
Being back in the spotlight has fans experiencing a new Hanson sound different from what they were used to. For Their music video for “Only Love,” fans can witness the brothers songwriting as well as their instrumental skills, as older brother Issac takes the lead. Commentators are enjoying their reintroduction to the Hanson brothers.
The effort to bank off of their appearance on The Masked Singer is going full steam ahead. The brothers are also planning for the return of Hanson day this May. The celebration will take place in their hometown of Tulsa, Oklahoma. What was once supposed to be a one day acknowledgment of the hometown heroes has turned into a four day celebration of music, art, and community.
