Golden Buzzer Victory Brinker Fights for the Instant Save on ‘America’s Got Talent’
Reading Time: 2 minutes
We never expected to see Victory Brinker end up in the Instant Save on America’s Got Talent. The 9-year-old opera singer was announced as one of the three acts vying for America’s votes during the live results show tonight. Lea Kyle and UniCircle Flow are also in jeopardy of going home.
‘AGT’ Favorite Victory Brinker Lands in the Instant Save
Terry Crews revealed at the top of the show that the first-ever five-way Golden Buzzer did not receive enough votes to automatically move on to the finale. I let out a gasp and I’m sure the rest of America did as well. This was not the result we thought was going to happen tonight. Victory has been one of the judge’s favorite acts of the entire season.
Her performance of “Nessun Dorma” was one of the big highlights of last night’s episode. The judges were up on their feet and they all agreed that she is going to be a superstar. Her AGT audition has 10 million views so she already has reached that superstar status. They still have not had a single bad critique to give her the entire time she has been on the show.
Victory was one of the acts that we thought for sure had their ticket to the finale on lock. It could be a classic case of viewers thinking she was safe and using their votes on other more vulnerable acts. In any case, the judges are absolutely going to save her tonight if she does not earn enough Instant Save votes.
The judges know just how special she is and how rare a talent like this is. Victory was one of the early frontrunners. She will need to blow us out of the water should she make it to the AGT finale. Lea will also most likely end up staying in the competition.
Were you shocked to find out that Victory is in the AGT Instant Save?
