Faith Hill Moved to Tears in New Sneak Peek of ‘The World’s Best’
Reading Time: 1 minutes
The series premiere of The World’s Best is just three days away, but you can watch this moving audition in advance!
This competition will showcase acts of many talents from all around the world. The performer in this preview clip, Manami Ito, is a violinist who is representing Japan. But after getting in a road accident at the age of 20, she was forced to forgo her passion ….well, almost.
Manami is able to continue to play the violin because of a special robotic arm which the instrument’s box is attached to. Judge Faith Hill was in tears during her performance, and a lot of the experts on the Wall of the World were visibly emotional as well!
It’s easy to see why anyone would be deeply moved by this, but I can see why it may have especially touched Faith, being a musician herself I’m sure she is able to connect with Manami’s obvious love and passion for her craft and likely has that extra sympathy for her nearly losing that ability forever.
We’ll have to wait until Sunday to hear what Faith and her fellow judges have to say about Manami’s performance and whether she scores high enough to move forward to the next round, but something tells me we haven’t seen the last of her on the show!
The World’s Best premieres this Sunday right after the Super Bowl on CBS.
