America’s Got Talent has shared another early release audition from Tuesday night’s new episode of Season 18. The new clip features a performance by El Invertebrado, who terrified the judges by combining contortion with pole dancing.

El Invertebrado Performs in AGT Early Release

El Invertebrado made quite the entrance to Season 18, as he popped up in front of the judges’ desk wearing zombie-like makeup. The entire panel was terrified, with Howie Mandel and Heidi Klum even jumping out of their chairs.

The creepy performer then took the stage to start his unique pole dancing routine. He made seemingly impossible shapes with his body, causing the audience to gasp. At one point, he climbed the pole with one leg behind his head.

“He doesn’t look human,” Klum remarked, just before El Invertebrado showed off his incredible strength by holding onto the pole with his feet.

All four judges gave the performance a standing ovation. Host Terry Crews also expressed his amazement from backstage. We’ll have to wait until Tuesday’s show to find out what the panel thought of the audition.

Season 18 Returns on Tuesday Night

Season 18 of America’s Got Talent is in full swing, as three episodes have already aired, and three acts have already received the Golden Buzzer for their performances. The show returns Tuesday night for a new episode.

During the season premiere, the show had its very first audience-chosen Golden Buzzer, which went to Mzansi Youth Choir. After that, Simon Cowell hit his Golden Buzzer for blind Indonesian singer Putri Ariani. Then in last week’s show, host Terry Crews hit the Golden Buzzer for Atlanta Drum Academy.

Who will receive the Golden Buzzer during Tuesday night’s new episode? We’ll have to wait and see when the show airs on NBC at 8/7c.
