Dancing with the Stars Season 30 returns Monday night for an episode themed to the music of Janet Jackson. The night will also feature a performance from last season’s winner Kaitlyn Bristowe.

Bristowe will also be joining the upcoming Dancing with the Stars tour, starting in January. Fans of the former Bachelor and Bachelorette star have a lot to look forward to.

On Sunday, Bristowe posted a selfie on her Instagram story in which she called herself “Sweaty Freddy,” pointing to her wet hair. She asked fans if they could “guess what I get to do tomorrow.” Now we know the answer is dancing on TV.

Bristowe, who won Season 29 of the dancing competition with her partner Artem Chigvintsev, shared the news of her performance on Twitter. “HAPPY FRIGGEN MONDAY,” she wrote.

We’re not sure yet if Bristowe will be dancing with Chigvintsev, or what kind of dance she’ll be doing. Chigvintsev is still in the running to win this season, as he’s dancing with current contestant Melora Hardin.

During Monday’s episode, each couple will perform a solo dance to a Janet Jackson song and participate in a dance-off against another couple in the competition. Each dance-off will be judged by a different member of the panel. Jackson herself will also appear during the episode.

Bristowe Is Also Joining the ‘DWTS’ Tour Next Year

Kaitlyn Bristowe’s new performance isn’t the only thing to get excited about. The former champion will also be appearing on the Dancing with the Stars tour, which begins January 7. Pro dancer Emma Slater recently announced the tour, with tickets on sale now.

“All of the dancers told me what an incredible experience the tour is. I was so sad that there was no tour last season [due to Covid] so I am very excited that I’ll finally get to perform in front of an audience and connect with the fans,” Bristowe told Us Weekly. “Being on Dancing with the Stars let me live out my childhood dream by being able to dance on such a big platform and I am beyond grateful for all of it.”

The tour will also feature several pro dancers from the show, demonstrating some of the most iconic dance styles you know and love from the ballroom. For more information and to buy tickets, visit the tour’s official website.
