‘DWTS’ Tour Reveals ‘A Week in The Life of a Pro’ with Hilarious, Energetic Performance
The Dancing With The Stars tour cast recently recounted their weekly routine as contestants of the series with an entertaining live performance. Titled “A Week in the Life of a DWTS Pro,” Emma Slater leads the act, narrating what happens from Tuesday to Monday.
DWTS Cast Recaps an Entire Week of a Competing Pro in Live Performance
For over five minutes, the cast tells everything that happens weekly behind the scenes of DWTS. Slater described Tuesday as a stressful period especially for pairs in the bottom two. She nevertheless mentioned that this day is one “full of possibilities” where they will come up with massive ideas in their minds.
Live performers include Gabby Windey, Gleb Savchenko, Sasha Farber, and Alan Bersten. These dancers graced the stage alongside Brandon Armstrong, Britt Stewart, Kateryna Klishyna, and Alexis Warr.
Proceeding to tackle Wednesdays, Slater recalled how all pairs are tasked to perform “intricate” group routines. During this part, she paid tribute to the “best choreographers around the world” for helping them with impressive dance steps.
“Thursday’s my favorite day because this is when we get to try out amazing costumes in our wardrobe fittings,” she said.
According to Slater, Friday and Saturday are the days where dancing couples begin to “freak out.” Meanwhile, Sunday is particularly designated to be the cast’s camera blocking day.
Slater Makes Funny Side Comments About Season 31
Amid the performance, noticeable are the adorable side comments that Slater was spouting. The dancer has apparently referenced several moments back in season 31.
As Slater was talking about the complex movements in perfecting a Tango, she asked why wasn’t she paired with Wayne Brady. For those who may not know, the comedian was one of the frontrunner celebrities during the last season, placing third in the competition.
Apart from that, Slater also took the time to mention Vinny Guadagnino in the live presentation.
“Why is Vinny still here?” she jokingly asked.
This question apparently recounts how Guadagnino stayed in the series longer than expected. If you may recall, the Jersey Shore star was one of the least improved celebrities during the season. At the time, the strong support system founded by his fans was the only one saving him from elimination.
