This Wednesday marks a new So You Think You Can Dance episode, and the show is once again borrowing pros from Dancing with the Stars to choreograph for the contestants. This week, it’s married couple Daniella Karagach and Pasha Pashkov.
More DWTS Pros on So You Think You Can Dance
Last week, DWTS pro Alan Bersten was one of the choreographers on a new episode of SYTYCD Season 17. This week, Kristyn Burtt tweeted the news that Karagach and Pashkov will be choreographers on the June 22 episode.
Last year, Karagach won Season 30 of DWTS with NBA player Iman Shumpert. Season 29 was her first year competing on the show as a pro, taking third place with Nelly. Meanwhile, Pashkov has competed in three seasons (with Kate Flannery, Carole Baskin, and Christine Chiu), although he hasn’t won.
There might be even more DWTS pros choreographing later in the season. A fan on Reddit speculated that another married couple, Emma Slater and Sasha Farber, could appear on the show based on their social media posts. (Slater shared a teaser for the show on Instagram before the season premiere.)

So You Think You Can Dance Disappointed Fans Last Week
Last week, SYTYCD aired its 300th episode, introducing new judge Leah Remini to the panel following Matthew Morrison’s departure. The Top 12 was announced, and none of the contestants were eliminated following the episode’s performances.
The show angered some fans by changing up the format. This season, viewers at home will not be able to vote for their favorite dancers. Instead, the in-studio audience and judging panel will decide who goes home and ultimately who wins the season.
Fans expressed their disappointment in the change on Twitter, with one fan wondering how the show will find “America’s favorite dancer” without America voting. Even so, So You Think You Can Dance returns this Wednesday at 9/8c on FOX.
