‘DWTS’ Pro Witney Carson Reveals Her Dream Dance Partner

 |  2 min read

Dancing with the Stars pro Witney Carson, who won the most recent season with Robert Irwin, has revealed her dream celebrity partner. She admitted that the famous actor is probably “a little busy.”

DWTS Pro Witney Carson Wants to Dance with Tom Holland

DWTS pro Witney Carson recently told People that her dream dance partner is none other than Marvel star Tom Holland. The actor actually has quite a bit of dance experience, having starred in Billy Elliot on the West End. His dance-focused performance of “Umbrella” on Lip Sync Battle also went viral in 2017.

“I mean, just putting that out there. Have you seen him dance? He’s good. He’s really good. I think he’s a little busy, but you know,” Carson admitted. “If I had a dream partner, honestly, I’m gonna stick with Tom Holland because he seems really sweet. He seems like he’s in a good solid relationship [with Zendaya], which is very important to do a show like this.”

Witney Carson predicted that the 29-year-old would be “really fun and a really cool guy,” adding, “So that would actually be great. Let’s manifest it. Why not? Tom, if you’re bored, come on over.”

The dancer also mentioned The Traitors winner Rob Rausch as someone who “would be fun” to dance with, adding that the Love Island star “maybe is able to do it.” We’ll have to wait and see if he’s part of the official Season 35 cast.

Which Cast Members Have Been Announced So Far?

The official cast announcement for Season 35 of DWTS is scheduled to take place September 2 on Good Morning America. However, a few celebrity contestants have already been announced for this year’s competition.

It was recently announced that Love Island UK star Maura Higgins will be entering the ballroom, along with Summer House star Ciara Miller. Savannah Bananas second baseman Jackson Olson was also announced as a cast member.

It’s not yet known which pro dancers these celebrities will be paired with for the new season. Ahead of the premiere this fall, a spin-off series titled Dancing with the Stars: The Next Pro will air on ABC beginning July 13, with the winner joining the show as a new pro.
