According to a new report, Dancing with the Stars pro Rylee Arnold may not be invited back to the ballroom next season. There are rumors that she’ll be replaced in the cast by current troupe member Hailey Bills.
Will Rylee Arnold Be Replaced on Dancing with the Stars?
The U.S. Sun reports that 20-year-old Rylee Arnold is in danger of being kicked off Dancing with the Stars after she failed to improve her choreography and teaching methods this season. She and her Season 34 partner Scott Hoying were eliminated in the sixth week of the competition.
“People behind the scenes felt like Rylee needed to step it up this year, and she didn’t,” a source told the outlet, adding of new troupe member Hailey Bills, “Producers have already told her in more or less words that she is a lock in to be full time as a pro moving forward. “
Bills is the 19-year-old niece of current pro Jenna Johnson. She joined the show’s troupe this season and has racked up an impressive social media following. The source claimed that DWTS producers feel that Bills has “paid her dues” after formerly appearing on DWTS Juniors and performing in the troupe.
Although it apparently hasn’t been decided which pro Bills would replace, the source claimed that it’s “more likely that Hailey would take the place of someone newer,” adding, “So replacing Rylee would be the most likely scenario, but nothing is confirmed yet.”

Could Jan Ravnik’s Job Also Be in Danger?
While Rylee Arnold has been a pro on DWTS for three seasons, the newest addition to the show’s roster is Jan Ravnik, who famously appeared as a dancer on Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour. He and his Season 34 partner Jen Affleck were recently eliminated from the competition.
An insider told The Sun that Ravnik is another pro whom DWTS executives feel is not “quite keeping up with the rest of the ensemble.” They added that he and Arnold “would be most on the chopping block for next season if they don’t start stepping it up.”
“With Rylee, there has been an emphasis that she needs to be a better teacher and make her partners learn the technique,” the source said. “While Jan has been called out for lacking proper technique himself and not having clean lines when he should be the teacher and the master of technique.”
There’s still hope that Arnold and Ravnik will be back next season, but the source claimed that they are “the two producers are keeping the closest eye on.”
