Carrie Underwood Celebrates Husband Mike Fisher’s Induction Into Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame

Country music star Carrie Underwood is fully supportive of her husband Mike Fisher’s latest success. The professional ice hockey center has recently been inducted into the Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame, July 23, 2023.

The “Before He Cheats” singer attended the Nashville event to proudly cheer for her beloved husband. Admirably, the couple’s sons, Jacob and Isaiah, also tagged along to witness the remarkable moment.Â
On Twitter/X, Underwood expressed her pride over Fisher’s achievement. Furthermore, the country star also declared her joy that the whole family is present to celebrate the success.
“Congratulations, babe! So proud of you!!! I can think of no one more deserving! Glad me and the boys could celebrate you and your accomplishments… #blessed,” she wrote.
The singer shared this message alongside a tweet/post from the Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame.
“Congratulations to Mike Fisher on his induction into the Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame, and thanks to @CarrieUnderwood and the entire family for being there to cheer him on this past Saturday night!” the hall wrote.
During Fisher’s night, Underwood wore a white dress with a red floral print, paired with red pointed-toe heels. In the post, the married couple can be seen gleefully posing in front of the event’s photobooth backdrop.
Fisher was inducted into the Hall of Fame as a member of the Nashville Predators. In 2011, he joined the team from the Ottawa Senators prior to his first of two retirements in 2017. He returned for a bit to help the Predators snatch consecutive Western Conference title runs, but has finally decided to retire in May 2018.
She Recently Got Matching Tattoos Alongside Her Mom, Sisters
Earlier July, the Underwood revealed that she and her sisters gave in to their mom’s cool request. During their time together in Sin City, the Underwood sisters availed matching heart tattoos with mommy Carole.
“When your 74-year-old mother asks you and your sisters to get matching tattoos with her in Vegas, the only questions are, ‘what?’ and ‘where?’ I never would’ve thought I’d see the day that Mama Carole would be gettin’ some ink! #WhatHappensInVegas,” she wrote.
The singer uploaded a series of their snaps on Instagram to share the cute moment. Her mom and two sisters got their inks placed on their wrists while Underwood had hers on her feet.
At present, Underwood is still busy touring. The American Idol winner will continue to hit the road this summer and fall, with her whole year packed until December 16.Â
