Dancing with the Stars fans are rejoicing after Carrie Ann Inaba confirmed that she will be a part of Season 30. She has served on the judging panel since the show’s very first season in 2005. Recent health struggles made it unclear as to whether or not she would be returning.

Carrie Ann Inaba is Excited to Judge ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Season 30

Inaba excitedly wrote “I’ll be there!” once Dancing with the Stars revealed its September 20 premiere date. She will be joined by Len Goodman, Derek Hough, and Bruno Tonioli on the judging panel this year. Tyra Banks will be returning as host. Inaba posted an Instagram story to share the exciting news.

“Hey guys, I’m walking my dog, Lola. Anyway, just wanted to say, did you hear the news? Dancing With the Stars, September 20, it’s official. We’re back!” she said in the video. “Get your glitter on, pull your disco balls out, warm up your back,” she continued. “I can’t wait. Let’s bring on the dancing!”

After this Dancing with the Stars news, Inaba’s return as a co-host on The Talk still remains to be seen. Jerry O’Connell was just named as a replacement for Sharon Osbourne after her explosive confrontation with Sheryl Underwood. So far, no clear-cut plan of bringing Inaba back on the show has been announced.

Inaba took a leave of absence from the show after detailing multiple chronic illnesses in a blog post. For her, taking a step back was a chance for her to focus on her well-being. She decided to address the speculation and hint at a possible return.

“I noticed a lot of you are asking about The Talk, if I’m coming back and what’s happening there,” the 53-year-old shared on her Instagram Story. “I should have some news soon about what’s going on with my future and The Talk.”
