In the new music video, the two singers sit on a mattress on top of a moving ambulance. They’re in front of a green screen, which changes the background to various images, from psychedelic colors to nighttime cityscapes.
“If you see an ambulance or a police car / It’s certain that they are coming to my house / Because my heart is about to burst / And my (blood) pressure is up to 180,” the pair sings on the song’s chorus, according to a translation.
The song was first released back in September. It appears on Camilo’s third studio album De Adentro Pa Afuera. In 2007, Camilo was named the winner of El Factor Xs, a Colombian version of The X Factor for kids. Similarly, Cabello got her start on the American X Factor, as part of Fifth Harmony.

The Video Was Directed by Camilo’s Wife
Billboard reports the “Ambulancia” music video was directed by Camilo’s wife, Evaluna Montaner. She’s a Venezuelan actress and singer. The couple shares a baby daughter named Indigo. They announced her birth last April.
During an Instagram Live on Tuesday, Cabello shared how much she loves the song, telling Camilo, “I’ve always wanted to do a song with you.” According to Billboard, she said filming the music video and performing the song together in Los Angeles “was a dream come true.”
Camilo also had some kind words for Cabello, telling her, “I wanted to thank you for opening the door of your heart to do music together and also your fans for allowing me to be a part of their playlist.”
