Britain’s Got Talent will not be airing a new episode of Series 19 during its usual time slot on Saturday night, due to a schedule change. Fans will unfortunately have to wait a little longer to see the next batch of auditions.

Why Isn’t Britain’s Got Talent On This Week?

Britain’s Got Talent usually airs on Saturday nights in the UK, at 7 p.m. on ITV1, ITVX, and STV. However, the show won’t be airing in its usual slot this week, due to a change in the schedule. According to Digital Spy, this is to make room for coverage of the Six Nations rugby championship.

Coverage for the tournament will begin at 7:20 p.m. on ITV1, and the live match between England and France will kick off at 8:10 p.m. This is when BGT is usually airing, so the new episode had to be postponed to make room for the sports coverage.

The competition is expected to continue with a new episode the following Saturday, March 21. The show is still in the audition phase, as the judges watch performances from various acts to determine who should move forward in the competition.

There Have Been Three Golden Buzzers So Far

Britain’s Got Talent has aired three episodes so far this season, and the judges have pressed the Golden Buzzer three times. In the premiere, Simon Cowell did the honors for Paul Nunnari, a wheelchair user who performed an incredible aerial routine.

In the next episode, new judge KSI pressed the Golden Buzzer for a 16-year-old magician named Rafferty Coope who performed a mind-bending routine. Then in the most recent episode, Alesha Dixon did the honors for a group called Antigravity, who brought a video game to life on stage.
