Country crooner Blake Shelton could be gearing up to hit the road once more. The former The Voice coach has recently posted a mysterious clip, teasing an upcoming and exciting project.
Blake Shelton Teases Another Back To The Honky Tonk Tour
In his most recent post, Shelton shared a cryptic clip with words “BACK TO THE HONKY TONK TOUR.” The video featured a neon cowboy sign as well as letters “DL” and “EAR.”
“There’s a neon light at the end of the tunnel,” he wrote in the caption.
The post is shared with his hit “God’s Country” in the background. The caption, on the other hand, is a lyric from his 2014 song “Neon Light.”
Due to the secretive aspect of the post, many believe that Shelton is planning to get back on the road. Since “BACK” is highlighted in the clip, fans think the former The Voice coach may have subtly announced his tour plans.
In the comments, fellow country star Dustin Lynch and The Voice alum Emily Ann Roberts expressed their interest in the teaser. Due to their comments, fans think “DL” and “EAR” in the post are actually their initials. If this assumption rings true, fans can expect them as Shelton’s supporting artists for the tour.
The soon-to-be announced music trek will serve as the second leg of his Back To The Honky Tonk Tour and. This leg will following the success of his winter 2023 tour of the same title. Shelton first launched this tour on February 16 and it concluded on March 25. At the time, there had been surprise appearances from his wife Gwen Stefani and supporting acts from Carly Pearce and Jackson Dean.

Once the teaser was posted, fans immediately fled to the comment section to share their excitement. After taking in the teaser, Shelton’s supporters shared the cities he should play in, this time around.
“Please have a summer tour and come to Rogers, Arkansas!!” one person wrote.
“We need a repeat in Birmingham since you were not 100%!! It was a great show and I will definitely pay to see it again!!” another fan wrote.
“Omg yes can’t wait please tell Vegas is on the list!!” another fan commented.
Meanwhile, other fans were begging Shelton to Pennsylvania, Virginia, Florida, Texas, and more. At the time of writing, the singer hasn’t confirmed nor denying if he’s going back on tour. Nonetheless, given the clues, a tour is likely coming more than not.
