Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have officially said “I do” again. After eloping in Las Vegas in late July, the former American Idol judge and her Oscar winning husband had a private ceremony in Georgia. The ceremony was part of a three-day weekend, the celebrities were surrounded by friends and family.

Bennifer has officially tied the knot in front of their close friends and family. The ceremony took place in the town of Riceboro, Georgia, where Affleck owns an 87 acre compound on a small island. Affleck has owned property “The Big House” since 2003, when he and Lopez first started dating. Although he reportedly put the house on the market in 2018, it did not sell. Reports state that the couple had planned to tie the knot at Affleck’s Georgia home since their first engagement.
According to Page Six, the celebrity wedding was officiated by celebrity life coach and podcaster Jay Shetty. About a year ago, Lopez appeared on the podcaster’s first episode of Coach Conversations to talk about striving for greatness. While striving for greatness, Lopez reportedly hired Colin Cowie, known as “one of the world’s greatest wedding planners” to ensure the special day was perfect.
The couple’s celebrity friends reportedly included Matt Damon, Pai Miller, Leah Remini, and more. Affleck and Lopez’s children were also part of the festivities. They were seen walking down the aisle walking behind their parents. Affleck’s ex-wife Jennifer Garner was invited to the ceremony, but politely declined due to an active project in Texas. Photos from the gathering are finally being shared to social media, days after the event.
It’s been revealed that the Bennifer wedding guests were treated to a goodie bag upon their hotel arrival, an air conditioned porta-potty, tons of beverages and snacks, and more. The couple hosted a barbeque for their guests to conclude the weekend’s activities. Affleck and Lopez has yet to reveal their honeymoon plans at this time. Many believe they may have already celebrated in July when they traveled to Europe.
