The Group Is Excited to Get Back on Tour
The Backstreet Boys appeared on The Kelly Clarkson Show this week to talk about how excited they are to finally get back on tour. Kevin Richardson joked that they’ve been “sitting at home, eating, waiting to go out on the road.”
“Honestly, I feel like now, especially with the way everything is in the world, entertainment is so needed right now,” Nick Carter shared. “Our job is so important.”
AJ McLean said the members’ kids were glad to have them home for the past two years. Clarkson asked how their wives felt, and McLean joked that they told them to go back to work. Carter pointed out that he and his wife Lauren Kitt welcomed two babies since the tour first kicked off in 2019.
The group recently posted the first episode of their new YouTube series “Making Of The DNA Tour.” This episode features McLean talking about the group’s performance style. New episodes will premiere weekly on their channel.
