New coach of The Voice Ariana Grande shows devotion to her team in all ways possible. On the show she’s proven that she’s the biggest fan of each of her team members by getting emotional over a few eliminations. On social media, we’ve seen Grande smiling in selfies with her team members. Now, she has taken her admiration to a whole new level by calling herself their stage mom.
This pop superstar has made it very clear that her love for her singers is personal. She’s hung out with them outside of the show, and is always sharing their posts on social media. So far, Grande is loving every aspect of The Voice, but I’d say the thing she loves the most about this experience is her team.
“I’m loving it [The Voice] so much. I love everybody on set. I love the coaches, I love my contestants. They are so talented,” said Grande. I believe in them so much, like I know this is just a starting point for everybody, and knowing that, of course, we want them to win, of course, but just the fact that this is here and the world gets to fall in love with them and to be a part of it, is so special.”
Ariana Grande Has a Group Chat With Her Team Members Where They Talk About the Show
Within this interview, Grande shows genuine excitement about being a part of her team’s musical journey. She considers herself their stage mom and is quick to take pride in everything they do. This interview really showed how much she cares about Team Ariana. Jimmy Fallon even mentioned that Grande was watching The Voice while in hair and makeup for a secret project.
“Well, we’re in a group chat and when it’s happening live they’re all talking about what’s happening and how excited they are for one another and it’s so sweet and so supportive and I’m like ‘I have to be involved in this I want to watch’ and so I watch,” said Grande.
Fallon called Grande a great coach, and I think most would agree with him. She has taken her admiration for her team to a whole new level. This interview ended off with the talk show host acknowledging that he wants Grande to win the show. Grande immediately shut him down by reminding him it’s her singers that will win the show, not her.
