‘America’s Got Talent’ Shares Season 18 Promo

“These judges are so good, it’s almost like they have superpowers,” host Terry Crews says at the start of the new promo, referring to returning panelists Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara, and Simon Cowell.

The video goes on to show snippets of some of this year’s auditions, including a young girl who appears to be a dancer. Vergara asks her, “Why are you so adorable?” The girl responds, “I don’t know.”

The clip also teases an aerial act, a performer in a fiery ring, and an impressive acrobatic group. At one point, we see Mandel hit the Golden Buzzer, telling the act in question, “You deserve so much more than a yes.”

The promo ends with Cowell telling a group of performers dressed in all in white, “You define what this show absolutely is all about.”

The New Season Premieres May 30

Season 18 of America’s Got Talent is set to premiere on Tuesday, May 30. Fans can watch the show at 8/7c on NBC or stream it on Peacock. As usual, the new season will kick off with several episodes of auditions, as the judges decide who should move on.

NBC has shared that this season will feature six weeks of live shows beginning on August 22. Fans have also wondered if the Judge Cuts could possibly be returning this season. This round used to determine which of the acts would make it to the live shows after the auditions. However, it was replaced in recent years with a much shorter judges’ deliberation.
