‘American Idol’ Winner Noah Thompson Agrees to Meet Up with ‘Farmer Wants a Wife’ Star Khelsi Stone

Noah Thompson, the winner of season 20 of American Idol, recently had an impromptu Instagram Live session with his fans on July 10, 2023. Little did he know that this session would lead to a connection with Khelsi Stone, a reality star from FOX’s popular dating series Farmer Wants a Wife, who had recently become single. Thompson, who now resides in Nashville, agreed to meet up with Stone soon, sparking excitement among their followers.

During his visit to his family home in Kentucky, Thompson decided to have a casual Instagram Live chat while hanging out with his friend Arthur Johnson. Thompson, who admitted he was still learning the ropes of Instagram Live, entertained his fans by playing songs and inviting some of them to chat with him onscreen.
As Thompson scrolled through the requests, he noticed that Stone’s name was “verified,” indicating her status as a public figure on Instagram. Thompson, intrigued, invited her to join him onscreen, even though the dark room she was in obscured her face from view. Stone, amused by the situation, shared that she had just come off the show Farmer Wants a Wife and jokingly offered to teach Thompson how to use Instagram Live.
Thompson, taken aback, expressed his surprise and excitement about Stone’s win on the show. Stone revealed that she had recently broken up with the farmer she was paired with on the series. For those who may not know, Farmer Wants a Wife featured four bachelor farmers living with eight women on their farms, eliminating contestants over time to find true love.
While Thompson’s romantic relationship remains uncertain, he and Angel Dixon have demonstrated their commitment to co-parenting their son, Walker. Dixon shared on Facebook about Thompson’s attendance at their son’s birthday celebration, and she posted videos of Walker dancing to Thompson’s performance in West Virginia, highlighting him as a devoted father.
The Voice Season 17 Winner, Jake Hoot Joins The Conversation
During their conversation, Stone mentioned that Jake Hoot, the winner of season 17 of The Voice, had also joined the Instagram Live session. Thompson was surprised and recognized Hoot as a fan of Farmer Wants a Wife. The two reality show winners exchanged compliments, with Stone expressing her admiration for Thompson’s talent on American Idol. Thompson, humble as always, appreciated the kind words.
As the chat continued, Hoot chimed in with a comment, expressing his admiration for both Thompson and Stone. Thompson, appreciative of the support, mentioned his interest in collaborating with Hoot in the future. Stone suggested that they should all meet up, given that she frequently visits Nashville for events despite living in Georgia. Thompson enthusiastically agreed, expressing his desire to meet both of them.
