‘American Idol’ Winner Maddie Poppe Has 3 Songs Coming Out Soon

Apparently, Maddie Poppe has been actively creating music in the past months. The American Idol season 16 winner has recently teased fans about her upcoming songs in a few months.
Maddie Poppe Says She’ll Drop 3 Songs Soon
In an Instagram Story post, Poppe posted a candid selfie of her wearing a t-shirt and headphones. The “Wildflowers” singer slapped a simple but thrilling text on top, referring to her three vocal projects in the coming months.
“3 songs in the next 3 months BUCKLE UP,” she wrote.
Poppe did not disclose any details about any of the unreleased music afterwards. These three songs will be Poppe’s third, fourth, and fifth released tracks in 2023, following “Screw You A Little Bit” and “Good Enough To Let You Go.”
Currently, Poppe is promoting “Good Enough To Let You Go.” The “Going Going Gone” singer has recently performed an acoustic version of the song during her gig at Sonny’s Patio Pub in Nashville, Tennessee.
She Reflected on Her American Idol Win
On May 22, Poppe also took the time to look back at her momentous win on American Idol. On Instagram, she jokingly revealed that she knew she won minutes before the final announcement because of the large font size of her name in the card.
“*Me pretending to be surprised after I saw my name on the card in 72 pt font 2 minutes prior to @ryanseacrest saying it out loud,*” Poppe wrote.
The “Made You Miss” songwriter then expressed gratitude for the show for changing her life.
“No but actually…these tears were real lol,” she wrote. “Forever grateful to @americanidol for changing my life forever 5 years ago today!”
Currently, Poppe is gearing up to headline Maddie Poppe Summer 2023 tour. She will begin her tour on July 6 in Swisher, Iowa.
