Tongi will be returning to his home stage of Hawaii to headline the upcoming concert at the Blaisdell Arena in Honolulu. Danielle will be a special guest at the show. The concert will also feature Kolohe Kai and more.

“I am so excited that I am going to see my friend Iam Tongi again and join him at the Blaisdell Arena in Honolulu on December 9th,” Danielle wrote on Instagram. “Each of us is going to play a set of our own music and we’re also going to perform some really special duets for you.”

In his own post about the concert, Tongi called it a “dream come true.” He encouraged fans to purchase tickets to the show through Ticketmaster. Just a few days after his Honolulu show, Tongi will be performing in Kahului, Hawaii, on December 12 and 13.

What Have They Been Up to Since the Show?

Since finishing American Idol in second place earlier this year, Megan Danielle has been busy performing and working on new music. Over the summer, she opened for Idol Season 16 winner Maddie Poppe. As part of her time on the show, Danielle released the single “Dream Girl.”

Danielle has also teased new original music for fans on social media. In September, she told fans that she had taken a “much needed break,” as she was “struggling with my mental health.”

After winning Season 21, Tongi has also been performing live. He recently appeared on several tour dates on the East Coast during October and November. He even performed in New Zealand. Tongi also released an official duet of his Idol audition song “Monsters” with James Blunt.

In September, Tongi released the original single “Why Kiki?” Fans can also enjoy his three-song release An Iam Tongi Christmas, featuring covers of “White Christmas,” “The Christmas Song,” and “Mele Kalikimaka.”
