On April, 8, 2026, TMZ broke the news that Guarini recently finalized his divorce from longtime wife, Reina Guarini. According to the documents, the American Idol star filed for divorce in June 2024 after nearly 15 years together. They also share two kids.
The divorce finalized in December 2025, and the entire process had remained private ahead of the report. According to TMZ, Guarini is now seeing business coach Kim Phillips as of January 2026. It’s uncertain whether Phillips and Guarini were together ahead of his finalized divorce.
Guarini recently shared a loving post for Phillips’ birthday. He acknowledged Phillips as “one of the smartest people I know,” continuing the message by stating how much she means to him “you’ve brought so much joy, purpose, laughter, and love into my world. I’m a better man, father, creator, and human because of you and I don’t take that for granted for a second.”
