Alaina Is Also Releasing a Book This Week
Lauren Alaina has been busy recently, between putting out her album, starring in a Hallmark movie, and appearing on an episode of Secret Celebrity Renovation. The singer is also releasing a book called Getting Good at Being You this week.
Alaina describes it as a “faith-based book” that touches on her family, her eating disorder struggles, and her music career. She said she particularly wrote it for young women to read and take inspiration.
In a video promoting the release, Alaina said writing a book was a very different experience to writing a song, calling it “vulnerable in a completely different way.” The book will be available Tuesday, December 7.
