All of the Season 22 ‘The Voice’ Coach Gifts Ranked

The Voice Season 22 kicked off last week, and the coaches introduced the artists and audience to their team gifts. Some of the coaches got creative with their choices this year, while others went the more classic route. Let’s rank them from worst to best.

4. Gwen Stefani’s Hoodie
Stefani’s hoodie features the lyric “born to blossom” from her song “What You Waiting For?” However, the way it’s written across the back makes it hard to read, and the yellow strips on the sleeves make the sweatshirt even more busy.
“Gwen’s hoodie is proof to me that I don’t understand fashion,” Blake Shelton said of his wife’s coach gift during the premiere episode, adding that “because Gwen Stefani’s handing it to people, it automatically makes it cool.”
3. Blake Shelton’s Cooler Bag
Shelton took a more unique approach, opting for something more utilitarian than a piece of clothing. He explained on Twitter that his cooler is perfect for holding “beer and popsicles.” However, the gift seems to be more geared toward his country artists, especially with the camouflage print, which might be alienating for his non-country team members.

2. John Legend’s Jacket
Legend went the classic route this season, giving his team members a red and white varsity-style jacket with “LEGEND” written across the back. It might not be as original as the other gifts this season, but it’s iconic in its simplicity. Not only does the writing announce whose team the artists is on, but it also declares them legends in their own right.
1. Camila Cabello’s Fanny Pack with Camera
This season’s newest The Voice coach got really creative with her gift, opting for a fanny pack with an instant camera inside. Cabello has used the camera to take selfies with her artists, giving them yet another gift to treasure. Not only is it unique, but it gives Cabello’s team members a tangible memory of the moment they joined her team. They can even go on to use their camera to document the rest of their time on the show.
