Kameron Marshall on 'America's Got Talent' 2026

America’s Got Talent is set to return for the third round of the quarterfinals on Tuesday, September 1. Among the acts performing is close-up magician Kameron Marshall, who is excited to bring an even bigger act to the stage.

Kameron Marshall Is Bringing a Bigger, Different Act to the Stage

Magician Kameron Marshall has already brought his close-up magic to the America’s Got Talent stage, and he wants fans to know his act isn’t over yet. In his audition, he got judges to reveal the cards that are tattooed on his forearm, then, in the judge callbacks, he had judge birthdays appear in card form.

“Simon told me that I need to go bigger, and Howie said, ‘I love the card magic, but you got to find a way to take that and blow it up and make it bigger.'” Kameron said. “So, you can expect some card magic, but on a way bigger scale, a thousand times bigger than anything I’ve done.”

It’s obvious that Kameron is excited to bring a bigger act to the stage for the live shows. Alongside performing again, he has the ability to earn the Golden Buzzer from one of the judges.

“It would mean the world [to get the Golden Buzzer],” Kameron said. “I’ve witnessed it happen live… I’ve seen a couple people get it and it just looks amazing.”

The magician is currently manifesting earning the Golden Buzzer by holding a piece of the confetti in his wallet during rehearsals.

“If I got that golden buzzer, I would feel very grateful that the judges believe in me and that they want to see more of me and they don’t want to leave it up to the chance of America voting on me,” he said. “So, it would mean a lot and I really am trying to manifest that to happen. So, I believe it’s going to happen.”

His Act is About People’s Choices, Not the Magician

It’s no secret that there have been multiple magicians on America’s Got Talent Season 21. What makes Kameron different is the way he approaches magic. He throws his personality into the act, but always strives to make each trick based around the audience.

“I make it about everybody else and the experience,” he said. “It’s not like, oh look, I did this or I did that or I’m the magician, so I know how to do this…I try and make it about the people that are experiencing the magic and like the magic is happening not because of me but because we’re all here together type thing.”

Fans have been quick to notice that Kameron, unlike other magicians this season, hasn’t received a dedicated story package. In lieu of one on air, we asked him to share some of his backstory with Talent Recap fans.

“I think the story that they’re focusing on the most is that I got into magic from my teacher, which is true, and then I just stuck with it,” he said. “My story is I found magic or you could say it found me and then I fell in love with it and that’s what I do now all the time. That’s my life.”

“I’m the polar opposite of someone that you would have ever expected or guessed to do magic. Like I grew up just playing sports, doing martial arts, like everything completely opposite from being a magician,” he said. “It was unexpected, but when I got into it, I had a knack for it and then I just stuck with it. And I think if you like something, you should stick with it, too.”

The Secret Meaning Behind His Tattoo

It felt criminal to speak to Kameron without asking about his tattoo that was featured in his America’s Got Talent audition. On our call, he proved that it was an actual tattoo, but also revealed its secret meaning.

“They’ve became my favorite cards over time, but the reason I got them is…If you flip it over, it spells ‘LOVE.’ Like my love for magic,” he said.

“The reason they’re in that order is because when I first got into Magic, I learned that there’s different ways to order the cards…this one is Clubs, Hearts, Spades, Diamonds. It’s a order called Si Stebbins order,” he said. “It was the first order I remember learning. So that’s why it’s Three of Clubs, Ace of Hearts, Queen of Spades, Seven of Diamonds.”
