On top of the video, Gabriel wrote “Meu deus meu amigo!!!! Luto.” His written text translates to “Oh my god my friend!!!! Grief.” He followed up his post with another video of them singing, with a crying emoji written on top.
We’re unsure at this time how close these two singers were. In 2021, the two collaborated on two covers “Oceanos” and “Porque Ele Vive.”
For those who may not know, Pedro Henrique, similar to Gabriel, was an active singer on YouTube. He began his professional career in 2015 through YouTube. His various singing videos got the attention of both the public, and a music producer, who wanted to record his first album. Pedro’s first project was apart of a band, they released an album titled “Grande é o Senhor.” In 2019, Pedro began his solo career. He was living in Rio de Janeiro and part of Todah Music record label before his demise.
