America’s Got Talent Season 20 live shows kick off soon, meaning fans will have the opportunity to sit in the show’s audience as the remaining acts compete for their chance to move on in the competition.

How to Get Tickets for the AGT Live Shows

Currently, AGT Season 20 is in the auditions phase, as NBC airs pre-recorded performances introducing us to new acts. Soon, the show will transition into the live shows, during which fans at home will be able to vote for their favorite acts to move on in the competition.

Live shows will kick off on August 19, with episodes airing on Tuesdays and Wednesdays throughout the remainder of the season — one night for performances, one night for results. Fans can now request tickets to attend these live tapings.

If you’re interested in being an audience member for the live shows, you can submit your information to the ticketing website On Camera Audiences. There are two arrival times listed for each day to minimize lines. Fans are asked to only submit their information for one arrival time on their chosen date.

Hopeful audience members are expected to submit their names, email addresses, phone numbers, and dates of birth. Filming takes place at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium, and the minimum age to attend a taping is 8 years old.

There’s One More Week of Auditions Left

The audition round is almost finished on AGT Season 20, with next Tuesday’s show marking the final episode of new acts. All four of the judges and host Terry Crews have hit two Golden Buzzers each this season. Will there be one more?

After the next episode of auditions, fans will have to wait two weeks to see the first episode of live shows. In between, NBC will be reportedly be airing a two-hour 20th anniversary special titled “AGT 20th Birthday Party” on August 12.

Then, on August 19, the live shows will begin. Sometime before that, we expect that the show will announce which acts from the audition round made it through the judges’ deliberations to continue in the competition.
